MALVANI ChickenFRIES

img_1573-copy-2

Chicken fries are yummy treats, and I increased its lusciousness with the spice of malvani garam masala (- this flavourful garam masala comes from Malvan, a town in the Sindhudurg district on the west coast of Maharashtra).

The Recipe:-

  • Marinate chicken pieces in:
  1. Turmeric powder
  2. Chilli powder
  3. Malvani garam masala
  4. Salt
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Whisked egg
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces in soybean oil (or any other vegetable oil of your preference).
