Ginger has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties … and Hakka noodles flavoured  with piquancy of ginger is heart-warming.

The steps –

In a  meld of sunflower oil & ghee (clarified butter):

  1. Sauté onion slices
  2. Sprinkle salt
  3. Add tomato slices
  4. Add chopped pieces of thick green pepper or green chillies
  5. Add chopped shreds of coriander leaves
  6. Add finely mashed pieces of a thick share of ginger  
  7. Pour chicken stock over the melted mixture for a saucy texture
  8. Add chunks of cooked chicken
  9. Add the boiled Hakka noodles
  10. Mix the melange
