Fusion: Sprouts Bhel

IMG_1422

Bhel is a savoury snack; made out of puffed rice, vegetables and tamarind sauce – I have prepared a very healthy and a fusion variant of Bhel …

The Recipe:

  • Cook the mixed sprouts in boiling water and drain the water completely.
  • Blend the warm sprouts with garlic & herbs spiced butter and sprinkle salt to the mix.
  • After the sprouts are cooled, add grated shreds of mozzarella cheese (or any other type of cheese of your preference).
  • Mix the amalgam with kurmura (puffed rice) and honey’d corn flakes.

  Happy Eating ♥
