Lemon grass and peppercorns give the penne pasta a fresh and a warm flavour. Lemon grass has a very strong lemony flavour so only few strands should be used.
- Sauté slices of tomato in ghee.
- Add finely chopped pieces of lemon grass and freshly ground black peppercorns, and add salt.
- Enrich the mixture with boiled chicken pieces and cheese.
- Meld the mixture with chicken stock for flavour and for a saucy texture.
- Add the boiled pasta.
- Mix the assortment.
