Lemony Penne Pasta

Lemon grass and peppercorns give the penne pasta a fresh and a warm flavour. Lemon grass has a very strong lemony flavour so only few strands should be used.

The Recipe:

  • Sauté slices of tomato in ghee.
  • Add finely chopped pieces of lemon grass and freshly ground black peppercorns, and add salt.
  • Enrich the mixture with boiled chicken pieces and cheese.
  • Meld the mixture with chicken stock for flavour and for a saucy texture.
  • Add the boiled pasta.
  • Mix the assortment.
