Extremely attention-grabbing nutritional fact about carabeef is –  compared to beef it contains 12% less fat, 55% less calories, 40% less cholesterol and comprises 11 to 30 % more protein and 10% more minerals.

The recipe to prepare the incredible carabeef:

  • Sauté onion slices in vegetable oil.
  • Merge the meat pieces.
  • Drizzle salt, turmeric powder, garam masala and asafoetida (hing) powder.
  • Add green peas, chopped pieces of tomatoes, chopped pieces of thick green pepper and chopped shreds of coriander leaves. 
  • Pour sufficient quantity of water to the assortment – when the meat pieces soften, pleasure the delight.
